Col 3:17 – And whatever you do, whether in work or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
Community Connect is a new committee whose purpose is to promote opportunity for Staunton Alliance Church to share the gospel and show the love of Christ through WORD and DEED (Col 3:17) by creating opportunities for people to serve in ministries in Staunton, Augusta County, and Waynesboro.
We’re excited to team up with Love INC and invite you to be part of sharing the love of Christ in our community!
Interested in volunteering? Start with a simple, no-pressure visit on June 7th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You’ll get a tour of the donation center and hear about all the ways you can make a difference.
After that, you’ll have chances to serve on the first Saturday of every month, helping to receive donations, greet and pray with community members, and organize the donation warehouse.
Want to jump in? Reach out to Ward Warren, our church’s volunteer coordinator.

Serve with Us – Food Pantry Volunteers Needed!
Join us on the first Tuesday of each month as we serve our community through Staunton Alliance Church’s food pantry ministry. Volunteers help with organizing food, assisting guests, and loading vehicles.

Join Us in Serving Our Community
Every third Friday of the month, Staunton Alliance Church members share Christ’s love through the Valley Mission Meal Ministry—preparing and serving warm meals, offering prayer, and providing encouragement. Throughout the year, we also organize donation drives for essential items like socks, gloves, and household supplies to meet practical needs and support Valley Mission’s work.
Interested in helping? Watch for our monthly emails for sign-up opportunities!
