Each year we work with our local Social Services to provide a Thanksgiving Basket for families who find themselves in a financial condition that cannot afford a Thanksgiving dinner.
The Baskets are filled with all the items needed to prepare a meal. The Hot meal ministry is done on Thanksgiving morning, and we prepare the food and take it to those who are unable to cook a homecooked meal.
